Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great cardio workout for kids and adults. We teach the real techniques of kickboxing using boxing gloves, heavy bags, focus mitts, kicking paddles, and other training equipment. All of our instructors are either kickboxing champions or a black belt in martial arts. We have classes every morning except Wednesday and Sunday, and we offer it on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
